Our contact forms invite you to supply your contact detail information in order for us to provide you with information about our services. We need to process and store this information in order to get in touch with you. This policy only applies to the use that we make of data provided to us via the Internet and email.

When admitted to treatment, some of your personal medical records will of necessity be shared with us and we can assure you that they are stored safely, seen only by staff directly involved with your care, and not shared with any third party unless there are specific circumstances explained in our Patient Confidentiality Policy.
