"Being a chef with Ellern Mede is very different from other catering roles as this is an Eating Disorders Unit and I have to work very closely with Dietitians on individual patients' meal plans. I also provide food for staff. It is a very pleasant and well kept working environment and I would recommend this to any experienced chef who would like an interesting change."
