Training Administrator Mill Hill/Barnet – 3 days a week
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Training Administrator to join Ellern Mede Centre for Eating Disorders based in North London. You will assist in the delivery of all administrative training tasks over three days a week, pro rata at £23,000 per annum. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will advise new starters and existing employees on relevant training required and update the online training platform My Learning Cloud (MLC). We seek a dynamic, organised and proactive individual. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a fast-paced office environment and of co-ordinating regular events and/or training.
The Training Administrator is a key role. You will administrate the registration and enrolment of trainees. You will also contribute to the development of Ellern Mede’s Training Department by sitting on committees and presenting ideas for process improvements.
You will be the link between external and internal training and the employee. Your goal will be to ensure that Ellern Mede training candidates receive the best possible service and the training required to be successful in their role.
For the Training Administrator role, the contracted hours are 24 hours per week delivered over 3 days per week. Working on a pro rata basis for a full time salary of £23,000 per annum, the salary will be £13,800. Please send your CV to [email protected] or [email protected]
Ellern Mede is a specialist service for children and young adults with eating disorders. We have two hospitals in the London borough of Barnet and one in Rotherham.
