Who can become a Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker? You don’t need any specific training. Often, people who have studied health and social care or psychology find this work provides useful experience in mental health care. You will need a non-judgemental approach and an ability to remain calm even in difficult situations.
We have three hospitals – two in north London (Mill Hill and Barnet) and one in Rotherham.
